The Hermitage Restaurant has a reputation for quality and value. The sample menus show the specialities of the hotel and the wide choice of exquisite meals available.
Our chef prepares from a fresh quality selection of ingredients only and therefore the daily a la carte menu will be a treat to savour.
For our regular guests a chefs table d'hote menu will be selected for the day. For special dinner parties, when booking, we suggest you make a selection composing of two starters, a main-course (with a vegetarian option) and two desserts.
